アグリビジネスセンターでは熊本県内の豊富な農産物を活かし、６次産業化の支援を行っています。今回は、熊本県産業技術センターより技術指導をいただき、ニラのドレッシングを試作しました。加工技術向上のため、県の機関同士でも連携を図っています。
